I came to Pine Grove from another Reside building in Lincoln Park. The management team was so helpful and prompt that when I decided to love closer to work I stayed in here Reside community. They made everything so easy! I even got a newly renovated kitchen. The layout is very spacious and the building is quiet and well taken care of. Super happy overall!

The community is clean, safe. Staff is professional. There are always events n activities going on things don't just stop because it's winter. The kitchen update was definitely a great decision. Very happy

I absolutely love my apartment. It is the perfect studio in Lakeview. I love the layout. I have enough room to have a separate kitchen and living area and it does not feel like a cramped studio. I love the updated kitchen and I have a great window view of a tree-lined street.
